Went to V a few weeks ago on a Friday. First things first the atmosphere in V is amazing! Not only is the decor and lighting spot on, but the abandoned church setting is oddly amazing (Who knew churches could be so much fun?!) The music was also great with selections from example, Swedish house mafia and Sak Noel (Loca People). The DJ was really good and had everyone dancing. The bar staff were friendly, but one did get my order wrong for when I ordered two shots of tropical sourz he brought me apple sourz. To be honest I like both so it was fine but its mildly annoying. My only real gripe with the place is that they don't serve cocktails which is a real shame. But other than that it's a perfect 5! Also I don't understand why people are complaining about the bouncers, they were lovely! V is definitely the best club in Bournemouth at the moment and it's certainly worth a visit!

Went here on Monday!!!Was absolutely rammed!!Also Frankie Cocozza was there. This is the 3rd Monday i've been to V and every Monday there always seems to be celebs hanging out in the VIP area!! I think this club is ace. I'm a student and ypu can't get any better than here. I havn't yet been on a weekend night but if Mondays are anything to go off it's gonna be mint! Prices are standard to the rest of town and you get discounts and a VIP band with certain loyalty cards! Cant diss this club its TOP!!!!

I have to say i had an amazing time when i came here...sure you have to pay a pound wen u smoke but whats a pound!!kept the right people out of the smokin area if im honest..if ur guna kick off over that...rather u wernt there!!
I came to V with about 12 of my girlies for a hen do!!i have to say i was a bit worried as im a bit older!!This wasnt an issue at all.Found there was a mixture of ages on the saturday i went!!
We got straight in..Having a seperate que definitely helped. The girl on the door showed us straight through put wrist bands on us and showed us where to go. We then got personally escorted upsairs to VIP...Which over looked the main room which i was very impressed with. People with VIP are only allowed onto the whole of the 2nd floor!!
Our host was more than pleasant and was very attentive cleaning up all glasses asking if we wanted more alcohol etc!!
I would definitely recommend sorting a vip package out prior to visiting it makes such a difference and made our night being able to look down onto everyone havin fun on the main floor!!
We will be there again very soon!!Thanks to everyone at V my friend had the best hen do and its all thanks to you guys!!

I wish I could leave no stars. Went there for my mates 21st, about 15 of us, treated well by the promo girls and bar staff but got battered by the bouncers after a fight kicked out. Seems the door staff's policy is to beat the shit out of their customers. After about an hour and a half in the club bouncers grabbed me, smashed my head off a speak punched me in the side of the head. A trip to Bournemouth International Hospital, 5 stitches in my forehead and a stitch in my ear leaves me wondering why the club is still open. Left numerous emails with the manager to complain as there are no contact number but no response. Waiting for legal intervention now and hoping those bouncers never work on doors again!

Went to V the other night - absolute joke. Over priced with a load of under dressed staff trying to con you for entry. They charge a ridiculous price for drinks, even charge to get into smoking area. There are so many better places in Bournemouth, don't waste any time or money here!

All good reviews on here must have been written by the management. I live in Bournemouth and believe me this place is a joke ,do yourself a favour and never step foot in this dump!

I went down to bournemouth for the weekend from brighton with a few mates not knowing where i was going to go.. We ended up venturing into a few clubs unitl we got to v where we went in and couldnt leave. This is by far the best club in bournemouth, friendly door staff, friendly front-of-house staff and very nice barstaff. And as for the club..Wow.. it was completely not what i expected, dont be fooled by the church..its crazy inside!..absolutely amazing. The dj, i think he was called jay welch?..was exceptional.. We had such a memorable time at this club that we have booked to come back down..and theres only one place we will be going! If people are looking for somewhere to go in bournemouth i honestly wouldnt bother going anywhere else other than v

I love V!! I've never had a problem there and it's always great fun! Plus...there is a seriously hot barman there ladies, looks a bit like Johnny Depp crossed with Orlando Bloom in my opinion! Yum! ;-)

Worst night club I have ever been to. If you order a soft drink they search your bag and accuse you of bringing in vodka. Bouncers are complete wankers. Would never go to v again. Don't. Waste your money!

I would never go here again if they were giving away moet!! Awful intimidating,over-bearing bouncers, too overcrowded, no soap in toilets, pushy little man stamping your hand when going out for cigarette, horrible little shit he is! Music is tasteless moronic guff. This sorry excuse for a nightclub attracts snobby women and men who love themselves who don't mind pushing you out the way- probably advise from the doorman when they arrive!! Don't waste ya money going in here, stay at home.

My partners credit card was cloned in there by staff on Saturday night so I wouldn't go anywhere near the place.

I can't believe anyone would dislike this club. We came all the way from Kent to visit V for the second time and it was every bit as good as the first.

The door staff were nothing but professional and pleasant and this treatment continued in the VIP area as well as downstairs at the bar.

The club attracts a great crowd of people with a friendly vibe and the music is a cut above other clubs I have been to.

The DJs play a mash-up mix of commercial, old skool, classic and unknown tracks which keep the crowd wanting more and more.

There should be no reason to dislike V Club, unless you have given V Club a reason to dislike you.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, good music! I love it!! Best club in bournemouth by far!
