I've been there few times. Yesterday and in march a year ago. Both times it was a disaster! Staff will not pay attention to you. I waited 30min every time and left each time without even ordering! I Talked to a manager who ignored me! The other day we waited 45min to order A food! And left without it. I have never managed to order anything there! Standing by the bar all new comers where served and I could just be there forever. Didn't matter if it's me, my boyfriend or my friend trying to order. If you pay 2h for the parking you can't go to Aruba! You will never be served in first one hour! The best free public toilet in bournemouth! No one pay attention to you so don't have to even hide.

Never to be forgotten experience at Aruba, but not in a good way! ! Don't expect any feedback regarding your complaint. Poor PR, no doubt that because this venue occupies a prime location they feel they can get away with such poor customer care. I'd feel more warmth freezing on the prom than in this establishment.

Really enjoyed the food at Aruba, family of 5, we had a young baby toonegatives as a family were that access is not adequate at all for pushchairs etc from what I could tell, no signs pointing to lift etc and had to carry pram upstairs plus walk two young children up too, music was live and a little loud but we were seated at the window with great views so were as far away as possible from the bandpositives, service is great, could see food being prepared and food when it arrived was beautiful, we had two children's mains plus desserts and drink, two starters for us, bruschetta and tempura vegetables which were gorgeous, then had burger and fish and chips plus several drinks and only came to £50 very reasonable especially when you see the standard of food! Staff are friendly and I love the chilled surf feel inside :) thanx guys

I would strongly recommend this restaurant. We had a family dinner here and it was the best meal out i have had in years.

The menu was different, not your normal boring same old. The service was A1 and the food well presented, hot, quick but fresh, and most importantly tasted wonderful.

Will certainly be going back maybe this time in the day time to take advantage of the beautiful views.

Well done Aruba 5star+ from me and my family!

What a turn around - the last time I went in Aruba it was the ShowBar - a horrid dark nightclub with blacked out windows! This is just superb what they have done to it here. It has amazing panoramic views of bournmouth seaside from its floor to ceiling windows - you can sit on a daybeds taking in the view.

I was very impressed by the menu - the waitress told me it had just been re-launched with a selection of sandwiches and wraps now. So I indulged and it was beautifully presented and tasted delicious.I saw other people coming in and buying take away soup in big take away mugs to sit on the balcony in the winter cold. What a lovely touch! Great restaurant - I am going back today I liked it so much!! AAAstar!!!!
