Food rubbish and over priced, burger tasted OK but had more grease on it than it than a tub of car grease.
To Top there seemed like there was a pube hair or rat hair on my plate.
I was extreamly Ill 12hrs later with the burger making an appearance.
This place is rank full stop, don't eat here.

Went to visit this saturday...was very disappointed. It is such a lovely location , they should make it something special. Tables outside are falling apart and not enough chairs..you have to wait ages for food which is overpriced (9.95 for fish and chips) Toilets are disgusting!!!! on a plus side Staff were very friendly and very good views

We visited Key West Restaurant today 10/3/2010 Lunchtime with 2 female relatives visiting from Italy one of whom has a disability who needed to visit the Lady's Toilet. As soon as I open the Door leading to the Toilets the stench coming from the Gents Urinals was almost unbearable, the " Lady's " was smelly and unclean and not hygienic, no hot water to wash hands the soap dispenser was broken and liquid blue soap draining to a overflowing dish and to the floor no Paper/Cloth towels to dry hands just a electric Hand dryer on its last legs.

We asked for 3 Decaffeinated Espresso's and got 3 Instant coffee's in small espresso cups! for same price as a normal espresso £2.25 each!!!Upon asking the Waiter if they had a complains or suggestion box he ask me why, so I explained about the state of the Toilets, were as he told me " he has no time for this, there is no problem with the toilet and I was just rude and to " get lost " I must point out that we are 4 females between the ages of 35 - 65 and are no troublemakers and just concerned about the Toilet facilities and hygiene of th " Key West " Restaurant. This spoiled our visit to otherwise beautiful sunny Bournemouth. This is only March, makes me wonder what the state of the Toilets and Staff / Waiters will be at the hight of the Tourist season? Or does no one care and just take our money?

When we visited it was crowded, we had to wait ages to be served and the soup wasn't hot enough and had to be sent back.
It was served with four pieces of brown supermarket type sliced bread with no butter.
My other problem with this place is that the menu gives no indication that the tariffs don't include VAT which is slapped on when you get your bill.
Great views though!
