Went on the curry night had to wait 40 minutes for starters, I ordered the wedges they came without the bacon, I didn't say anything or send them back, then we waited over an hour for our mains the two pork chops were dry and overcooked and the one curry that did come was nothing special I had to wait another half hour for mine which when it eventually came i sent back everyone had nearly finished and I wasn't about to be the only one eating, the manager came over after awhile and asked if there had been a problem after we explained he said I'll refund your curry which was the least he could've done as if that wasn't bad enough he completely forgot about the refund which my partner had to chase up, we were just glad to leave in the end and will never go back service and food is awful

I went to the horns in on the 12/06/12 with my mum, boyfriend, sister and brother, we waited around an hour for food, there were hardly any vegetarian options. When our food arrived it was stone cold, the top of the pie was burnt and rock hard, I personally think you could do some serious damage if you threw that pie at someone it was that hard! We sent the meals back, and when they came back you could see they just wacked a little more mash on top and microwaved it, they didnt seem to bothered about the appearence of the food, or the complaints we shared. Awful pub, I certainly do not reccomend.

Went to the horns last week, had a fantastic experience from start to finish, they had live music too which topped the evening off!

Great food and diink all reasonably priced.

we shall deffinately visit again soon!

Let down on a 60th birthday booking for 20 people. Thought they'd be very interested, especially as they are trying to rebuild their name, but had a total lack of interest from the staff. Luckily I called to confirm the booking the day before as they appeared to have forgotten all about it. Not what I wanted for a special event, so I cancelled and found somewhere else. Won't be going back there again. Very disappointed

After using this pub several times we were terribly dissapointed today. We arrived at 1pm and were not served our meal until 2.15pm. My daughter ordered a plain deluxe burger with just cheese and bacon but it arrived with all the unwanted trimmings. We sent it back and it came back again with mayo still on the bottom of the burger we know they were short staffed but that was not a good enough excuse for the quality of the food. It will be a long time before we go there again

I'm sorry to say but no change. The service rubbish the food rubbish and when you complain no one is interested. I live very local to the pub and keep thinking it will be better next time but no what A Suprise Disappointment yet again. The sad thing is we spend good Money at the bar and then walk out in Discussed and Wish we hadn't Bothered and Gone to A lot better venue ( the dudsbury,the Kings arms,the White hart etc etc. However This is the last time and I Certainly will spread the news how bad it is at the HoRNSyours never againnick Greatorex
