I will not return, cold rice on dirty plate. rose wine was in face white wine with blackcurrant juice!!!!!! We wanted to share a meal but were told the license cant allow this after a little laughing we had to buy a side dish to make up for the sharing of a meal. food was very nice I will say but a very bad experience and would never suggest to a friend,

My husband and I travel from quite a distance to eat here, the quality of food is exceedingly high and full of aroma. It's never too heavy with wonderful staff. Jols

Yummy is what my son said. The menu caters for all ages and allows less bland for kids or even just fries.... I love it.

Wow! What can I say it was so exquisite and delicious. My most chosen dish is Meat Shatkora.

Its a must if you are local.

Our daughter was home from the West Indies for a very swift visit and wanted her 'Indian fix'. Gate of India was well recommended by a neighbour. We had a very good meal, not least because each of the chosen main courses had its own distinctive sauce, rather than the usual 'one sauce fits all'. Well prepared and served by friendly wait staff, we shall certainly be visiting again.
