Hot Rocks

Hot Rocks is a great restaurant. Amazing views of the pier and beach, the food is delicious and the best bit is the service. Great fun atmosphere and ideal for parties. Brilliant for all ages. My favourite are the wraps for a starter! Looking forward to our Christmas party and we've taken advantage of the vip Extra Services and booked our hotel and getting the clubbing passes. Many thanks to all at Hot Rocks.

My boyfriend and I visited this place while on holiday and after reading the 2 reviews I feel they have had a bit of a shake up, as even though it was a busy day the staff were attentive and we had a nice lunch. My boyfriend had the Kahuna burger which he enjoyed very much and i had a wrap with a side dish. Can also recommend their puddings especially the mud pie - very nice We were very happy as they also served our favourite tipple of sangria. We shall be going back to try their range of cocktails.

September 2009 - Appalling service, appalling food almost inedible.

Large party of 20+ none of which will dine there again, a number of which felt unwell after eating the fatty, processed food.

Should be closed down.

We went to eat down there last weekend. I have never come across such a poor customer service which is also reflected in the food.

We ordered the big kahuna burger which was absolutely awful. The bun was smelling burnt and so was the onions served.

Their only reaction was " i am sorry sir" but nothing was done to rectify the situation.

Worst ,the waiter even said to us " are you ready to pay" when we have just finished eating..

I have been to a lot of places in my life to eat but this restaurant was an absolute joke. Even the staff was acting like robots. Will clearly not recommend this place to anyone.
