Somerford Beefeater

Can we just say that everytime we have been to this beefeater we have had 5+++++ customer service,fantastic food and simply really enjoyed everything about this eating place .The staff are very helpfull at all times and the food is always cooked to perfection .Many thanks from all @ MaxsoundcarAudio Uk for looking after us whenever were there .Thank you ...

I enjoyed a very find meal at your establishment last evening. The staff were well attentive and looked after every need

I asked for a glass of water with no lemon and the barman brought me a glass of water with lemon.

So i explained very politely that i had asked for no lemon and he walked away and took the lemon out with his fingers and brought me the same glass of water back.

How disgusting!!! I will not be going there again. I have written a letter of complaint to the manager.
