I disagree with the disgruntled chap - does he have no tastebuds? Bagel Heaven's Salt beef is delicious, tasty and their bagels are gorgeous. Wake up and smell the coffee - it's also great!
I'm a regular customer and am very happy to recommend Bagel Heaven as a good eaterie. Get a life!

Sir if you had the courtesy to address this with us directly we would have happily helped you overcome your dissatisfaction. But to handle a complaint in this manner is unfair and malicious. You are of course entitled to your opinion however we have hundreds of very satisfied customers who support us and we work hard to maintain a loyal customer following. Your scathing attack on our new business makes me wonder if you are in fact jealous of us or even part of the competition. In any case you'll we are happy to say that won't be closing as a result of your criticism but are planning expansion with the opening of another Bagel Heaven soon.
