Attentive and polite service, without over imposing.
Good reasonably priced wine list. A varied menu covering classic tapas plus local variations. Excellent food, with meatballs and House Special Paella of particular note. Good ambience. Highly recommend to groups or couples wanting an intimate evening. A great value for money family run restaurant in the heart of Bournemouth - a rarity in these current times.
Never mind best Spanish restaurant - Tapas Plus is easily one of the best restaurants of any type in Bournemouth. Authentically run by the Dominguez family, freshly prepared and very well cooked food and a choice of a relaxed, more formal restaurant or a livelier, more modern bar and restaurant next door. Really popular with a very loyal set of customers, including many Spanish people.
